From "You are cordially invited to become a Citizen of Rock Hill, South Carolina" designed and printed by the London Printery, Rock Hill, South Carolina, 1912. This building was originally located on Main Street, but was moved prior to 1932 when a new building was constructed on the site to house the post office and district court. The old building was moved to Oakland Avenue to become the library. A new library facility was opened in 1982 and this building became offices.
